Simple & Easy Holiday Tablescape

I love elaborate and beautiful tablescapes, you guys. LOVE. But with to 2-year olds at home, keeping it simple has never been more important to me, and that's what I did this time with a very straightforward tablescape. This would also be great for something last minute because everything I used is so accessible that you might already have it all at home anyway!Let me warn you, this may be a little unconventional for a Holiday tablescape. ha!So here's the breakdown of what's on the table: the runner is actually an old scarf and I used our plain white everyday dishes. The faux eucalyptus is from IKEA and I already had the pinecones from a previous year. A few vintage brass candlesticks and miniature trees, throw in some apples, and voila!Yes, I said apples! The apples don't exactly scream holidays, but I love their colours and I think sometimes something a little unexpected is ok! And they're red and green. That's definitely Christmas-y, right? The flatware was spray painted by me recently. They're all mismatched and I love that about them! The glasses are also mismatched and vintage. So if you're strapped for how to decorate a holiday tablescape this season, look to your fruit basket to give you a hand! Now you get to go check out 5 more tablescapes that are sure to wow you with how gorgeous they are.
